Americans are good at a lot of things but with 78% of us living paycheck-to-paycheck, saving isn't one of them. We could motivate people by scaring them with the surprise of a rainy day. But it's more meaningful to live for a sunny one.
WE STARTED WITH STORIES
We invited Daisy, a SunTrust employee, to share her story with us under the guise of creating a campaign about savings goals. What she didn't know was that we felt she'd had more than her share of rainy days and we had a suprise waiting for her.
After Jack was diagnosed with cancer, life changed dramatically for him and his wife, Melissa, a longtime SunTrust employee. But that hasn't stopped them from dreaming about taking a cruise one day. Or us from surprising them with their sunny day.
